• "Products" — refurbished laptops, desktops, MacBooks, All‑in‑One PCs, monitors, and accessories listed for sale.
• "Order" — a purchase request submitted through our checkout.
• "Agreement" — the contract created between you and us once your order is confirmed.

• Adding a product to your basket and checking out counts as an offer to buy — it doesn't guarantee the sale.
• Your order becomes a confirmed agreement only once we send you a confirmation email.
• We may decline or cancel an order if there's a stock shortage, a pricing mistake, or a concern about fraud. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.

• All listed prices include UK VAT unless we state otherwise.

• Dispatch generally happens within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation; actual delivery time can vary by location and courier.

• Please check your parcel as soon as it arrives — if it looks damaged, flag it with the courier straight away and get in touch with us.
• We aren't responsible for delays caused by the courier, an incorrect delivery address, or events beyond our control such as severe weather.

• Every refurbished laptop, desktop, or MacBook is graded and inspected by trained technicians before listing.
• Photos are for guidance — small differences in colour, packaging, or included accessories can occur.
• We do our best to keep listings accurate and will correct any genuine mistakes quickly.
• It's on you to confirm a product suits your needs before ordering.

As a consumer, you can usually cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, under UK consumer law.

• To cancel, just email us within that 14‑day window.
• Items need to come back in the condition they were sent, with all cables, accessories, and manuals included.
• Return shipping is on you unless the item is faulty or wasn't as described.
• Once we receive your return, refunds are issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

• If something seems faulty, contact us before sending it back so we can confirm the issue and arrange collection.
• Items returned without prior authorisation may be delayed or refused.
• Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for goods that are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.

• Promo codes may come with conditions — minimum spend, expiry dates, or product exclusions.
• Only one code can be used per order.
